Duncan Wick Design (“we,” “us” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy policy explains our data protection policy and describes the types of information we may process when you use one or more of our mobile applications (the “Apps”, “our Apps”) and explains how we are processing that information and applies to all users of the App.
For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller.

* Depending on the user’s usage of the app user data may be used by the App (for example, displaying calendar or health data on a watchface). All processing of user data in these instances is happening on the user’s device locally without transmitting any data back to us.
3. Sharing of user information
This only applies if the App you are using is listed in the table in section 3 as processing user data. Otherwise we do not have any of your data and will therefore not be sharing it.
We will not rent or sell your personal data to third parties, but we may share your information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App. We do not control or influence these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.
We may use one or more of the following third-party advertising services and analytics tools: Google AdWords, Google AdSense.

Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites/services or you may access the Apps from a third-party site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party sites or services linked to or from our App, including the information or content contained within them.

4. International data transfers
We work in the international space and provide our App to our Users around the world.
We and third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App or advertising partners may transfer the automatically processed information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
If you are located in regions with laws governing data processing that may differ from EU law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as in your jurisdiction.

For the purposes of data storage, we recourse to the services of the hosting organizations. We take your privacy seriously and, therefore, encrypt your personal data before sending it to the hosting organizations for the purposes of its storage. Please note that we cooperate only with those hosting organizations that have passed our security and reliability check.
5. Duration of data storage
This only applies if the App you are using is listed in the table in section 3 as processing user data. Otherwise we do not have any of your data and will therefore not be storing it.
We will keep your information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the Apps services and for us to comply with our obligations under this Privacy Policy and at law.
6. Exercising your rights
You have the right to access information held about you or require it to be modified if inaccurate or deleted. Your right of access can be exercised by contacting us directly. Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. No profit shall be derived from this.

This only applies if the App you are using is listed in the table in section 3 as processing user data. Otherwise we do not have any of your data and therefore no need to secure it exists.
The security of your personal information is important to us. Any user data processing is not taken lightly but as securely as possible to us.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information.
Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We do our best to protect your personal data, nevertheless, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event that your personal information is compromised as a breach of security, we will notify you in compliance with applicable law.

8. Children’s privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under 13. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to the App. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this App or through any of its features. Do not provide any information about yourself, including your email address. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will erase that information as quickly as possible and potentially without warning. 9. Changes to the Privacy policy
This Privacy policy may change from time to time, for example with the release of new Apps to reflect any changes deriving from potentially new functionality and hereby new data processing by the Apps.
